During the leveling process, nurses will be contracted to work as nursing assistants in German health institutions.
The general duties of a nursing assistant are as follows:
Helping Patients

Help the patient move and lay the patient in bed
Accompanying Patients
Accompany patients for preparation for surgery / special treatment
Giving Medicine
Give medicine according to doctor's instructions
Examining patients
Check body temperature, blood pressure and blood sugar
As a nursing assistant, your initial salary is around €1,600 net (tax deducted and health insurance & social security) + additional overtime pay, weekend shifts etc.
