Relocare Program

Find out the details about the Relocare program and how it works.

Why Go to Germany

Starting July 1, 2021, Germany will allow nurse distribution agents from Indonesia to operate to meet the very large demand in Germany.

Huge need

Due to demographic conditions and the challenges of nursing work, Germany will need an extra 80,000 nursing home nurses and 30,000 nurse nurses by the end of 2025. From 1 July 2021, Germany will allow nurse distribution agents from Indonesia to operate to meet the huge demand in Germany.

A social republic that protects workers' rights

Highly protected labor rights, good social security and well-structured health insurance and pensions. The average nurse salary (without bonus) in 2020 is 3,300 – 3,600 EUR gross per month (the trend is increasing).

Developed country with many career opportunities

Health technology in Germany is among the most modern in the world. Nurses in Germany also have a clear career path, and have many options to become a specialist in the desired field.

Relocare refers to the international standards of the ILO, IOM IRIS-Standards, WHO-Code of Practice and DKF-Gütesiegel:

*Nurses will not be charged any fees in the distribution process. In the case of cancellation of the contract by the nurse of her own free will, the nurse is required to return a number of preparation costs that have been incurred.

Signing a declaration expressing a commitment to ethical and fair distribution practices

Adhering to the Employer Pays principle: "No worker should pay for a job –
the costs of recruitment should be borne not by the worker but by the employer."

Using a contract mechanism that is mutually agreed upon and based on local law

Candidate while in Indonesia

While in Indonesia, the candidate will be interviewed by the prospective employer (hospital / nursing home in Germany). As soon as it fits, Relocare immediately assists in obtaining work permits and visas.

3. In Germany

Arriving in Germany

Arriving in Germany, the nurse will immediately work as a nursing assistant, while taking care of the equalization process (average duration is 12 months). Nurses will be prepared to undergo courses and equivalency tests while working in local health facilities. After passing the equivalency, nurses can work as nurses who are recognized by the German state. Relocare will assist and guide nurses at every stage of the process.
